 Structural Design Service is a small family run business providing building plans for for council approval within the domastic market. We specialise in designing loft conversions but we will design anything from a porch to a barn conversion.
Services that we can offer include a free feasibility survey, measuring your property, drawing up your plans to your satisfaction, providing structural calculations if required and submiiting these plans to the relevant local authority for planning and building regulations approval.
 Mark Baker has been a draughtsman for 11 years and has designed over 1200 jobs so far. Dennis has been a structural engineer for over 25 years and has completed nearer 20000 jobs so far.
We currently provide plans for approx 20 builders, strucural calculations for a further 15 builders and receive a lot of work from private individuals.
The houses pictured to the right were initially bungalows. One was finished and the neighbours were so impressed the Structural Design Service got another job!
